This policy describes the Selvqx iOS app. Selvqx is a fat-quarter wall studio. It is not a social dating product and it does not generate cloth for you. Last updated 22 September 2026.
Selvqx (“we”) provides the Selvqx app for iPhone. This policy applies to walls, fat quarters, Plaza posts, Me profile details, Selvqx Coins, and any photo or audio you attach in the app. Contact hello@selvqx.app for privacy questions.
Most studio data stays in the Selvqx sandbox on your iPhone:
Deleting all data in Me clears walls, vault cloth you added, posts you authored, coin credits, and those unlocks on this device.
The camera is used only when you choose to photograph a fat quarter for the vault or a brick, a finished quilt wall, a Plaza snapshot, or the Me avatar. Selvqx does not keep a background camera stream. If you deny camera access, you can still pick an existing picture from Photos where that flow exists.
Read access is used when you pick an existing fat-quarter, finished-wall, Plaza, or Me avatar picture instead of taking a new shot. Add access is used after you confirm an export preview, so Selvqx can save a wall poster or nine-patch beat card into Photos. Selvqx does not browse your whole library in the background.
The microphone is used only to record a short voice note on a quilt wall, for example which fat quarter a corner brick used. The first sliver on a wall is free; later notes spend Selvqx Coins when the recording finishes successfully. Clips stay on that wall, are not sent for transcription, and can be deleted from the voice list.
If you agree to the community guidelines and publish a snapshot, the post title, body, wall photo, and public or private flag are stored with the Selvqx Plaza feed on this device for sample and author posts. Private posts are not offered as public Plaza cards. You can flag or block other piecers from a post. Selvqx does not sell Plaza text or photos.
Coin packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment. Selvqx records the credited pack on this device so the same product is not granted twice, then adds coins to the local balance. Coins can be spent on a wall poster, a cutting PDF, a third compare seat, or an extra voice note. Selvqx does not receive your full Apple account number.
An optional ironing reminder can be scheduled for a wall. Selvqx does not set a notification delegate and does not use notifications to advertise products.
Selvqx is a hobby piecing tool. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit personal information of a child through Plaza or Me.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will move. Continued use of Selvqx after an update means you accept the revised policy for new data you add.
